Many leading corportions, such as Google, are recognizing that they need to take care of their workers health in order to thrive in this ever-changing world.

Mindfulness and meditation rooms are popping up, CEO’s are being encouraged to take mindful vacations and meditation teachers are being brought into workplaces to help encourage good mental health.

Corporate meditation allows people to clear the clutter in their minds, make good decisions, set clear goals, be creative and promotes a team feeling.

The Harvard Business School, along with INSEAD—Europe’s leading business school—have concluded from their research that the two most effective business tools for twenty-first century executives are meditation and intuition.

Some of the benefits that a workplace when they encourage staff to meditate:

  • Less absenteeism, due to people not having to take time off for stress-related illness.

  • Increased employee loyalty because the leaders have shown that they care about their workers.

  • Improved and effective communication. When the thoughts are uncluttered, it is easy to portray what we are thinking in a calm and clear way.

  • Increased productivity. When the staff are not absent, they are communicating well, the creativity is flowing and production levels rise.
