Our thoughts are incredibly important.

Take a moment to wonder;

when you have a nervous thought, your body physically reacts, doesn't it? Your hands may get sweaty, and your heart might beat a little faster, you may get thirsty.

Now think about what negative thoughts patterns can do to our physical body over a period of time.

I offer this colouring book to you, so you can start to embed positive thoughts into your subconscious. 

Print out a sheet at a time, or all of them to keep in a book.

Colouring is a very therapeutic task and repeating a positive Mantra during your mindful moment, will bring about powerful changes.
